Every call is routed from the shop at 2580 Hickory Blvd SW in Lenoir. Drive time decides the date: Caldwell, Catawba, Burke and the surrounding foothills are usually same-week, the Triad and Charlotte run a short lead, and eastern North Carolina, upstate South Carolina, east Tennessee and southwest Virginia are booked as dedicated trips. Anything within roughly eight hours of driving is reachable.

The drive times below are one-way estimates from the shop and are what determine which day your call lands on. One service call per day, so the further out the address, the more lead time the schedule needs. About eight hours each way is the practical limit.
